About our Executive Director

Carol Moore graduated from the Cincinnati Bible Seminary and Miller Draughn Business College. She has taught Kindergarten in the Ohio public school system, owned two child care learning centers, assisted at a large learning school in Kentucky, was an Assistant Director of a Montessori school in Indianapolis, Indiana for children ages 2 years through the 3rd grade. She serves on the board of The Florida Association for Child Care Management, and consults with other centers to help them improve their quality.

Our Faculty & Staff

Our staff is well trained and must have: 45 hours of training through FSCJ, an abuse clearance, a Sheriff’s County Criminal Record Clearance, a fingerprint check, a negative TB test, and DCF (Dept. of Children and Families) continuing 12 hours of training annually. Some of our staff have various Associate Degrees, Bachelor Degrees, and some have the CDA credential. We also work with staff working toward Early Childhood Education Degrees. All head teachers must attend biweekly meetings with the Executive Director to be trained on the latest techniques and curriculum.

Not only were we featured on First Coast News but now we have been featured on FOX News 30 “Kid Care Report” in November 2008
